arcane acceleration and velocity are must haves. Acceleration is really good for building incarnon really fast, and velocity is literally the best arcane for mesa and jade, 2 of the most powerful warframes rn. and arcane strike is really good with the new scythe cus it has a slower speed, and its passive relies on status and heavy attacks, so you want more atk spd% to proc more status and combo then use it on tennokai procs
Get all of them except damage resistant, arcane nullifier a must-have if you lazy get energized grace and barrier.

They should have an Arcane for 102% resist Jade Light Bullshit at level 5. I’m tired of getting stuck in Corpus tiles and dying to Jade Light.
