Hi I need some advice. I can't put decat downpipe due to warranty. What is my best option for sound and some crackles. All 3 resonators? All 3 resonators and also backbox?

Do you have any drone when removing the resonators?

You took off the entire exhaust on RSQ8? I only noticed drone after unplugging the valves.

Thinking about doing this to my RSQ8. Was it straight pipe all the way to the oem muffler?

Yes, but it sounds like crap now. Only remove the middle resonator. The two up front are for making it sound better. Going to throw some de-catted downpipes on to see if I can get some better sound.

@@ddjslhomebase243 that’s what I noticed. I like the video with only the large resonator removed.

@@JohncyBillups somehow, the upper resonators make the pops and bangs louder. Strange thing is, Urus is straight pipes back from same part number cats to same part number muffler. I’m putting on catless downpipes next week. If that don’t do it, I’m going to cut open the muffler and weld in some glass packs like the old days.

So, I got the catless downpipes installed now. Sounds like a fire breathing dragon and smells like a 1969 Camaro SS with a blower. Very rich fuel smell.
