Can you add a list of your 26 things with timestamps? I'd like to skip through this but it is just too long for a casual skim!
(love the videos - I'm just very busy right now. >.

I learned from Haben Girma to open the transcript with the ellipsis button on the right when I need to skim!
Chapters can be nice though, so here's some timestamps from there:
      1. 0:12 walking
      2. 1:01 therapy
      3. 1:44 trust your gut
      4. 2:53 70 rule
      5. 3:29 fitness
      6. 4:26 exercise
      7. 4:53 research
      8. 5:50 information
      etc.

Happy birthday Jordan! If you like some aspects of academic research you might consider a professional track career! Universities have plenty of such positions and you have also the possibility to work part time for external business or your own company.

I gave up drinking coz alcohol tastes like turpentine or maybe kerosene...at least what I imagine how they would taste. Ruins anything it touches. I tried to "acclimate" in college, but it was simply a chore.
I don't understand the desire to get into drink. I can see the light social benefits, but beyond a couple of mixed drinks or a few beers or wines it's no longer about easing social anxiety. It's not a competitive drinking sport, it's a light social drug.

How do you find "bad books"? Look for low rated books on book review sites? Where else?
