👀Looking at your demonstration of the technique - made me/my body feel that I need to do this! At effort level, as my hips are fragile 😊
I like the idea of working to reduce the Tinnitus and strengthening my hip joints/muscles at the same time. 💚Thank you Yasuko 🙏🏽

I gave it a shot, but didn’t help. It did stress the muscles in an unusual way. I may do this a few times and see if anything improves beyond my unusually stressed muscles.
    Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Yasuko. Very helpful information.
My son has recently experienced something called vertigo. Do you have any Japanese tips for vertigo?

Thanks for this but can you explain the science behind it ?

    • @bliss2massage

I would be very surprised if there has been a scientific study on this. It is empirical just like TCM has been for thousands of years.

Don't be limited by science - it's not infallible

I have tinnitus and found this difficult. Perhaps it is difficult if you have tinnitus and I just have to keep working on being able to lift the knee 2 inches. Maybe that’s how it works. It felt good to me and I sure would like to lesser and/or not have tinnitus.
