No was that what the lady signed up for. She did not adopt a child (who could at less find his real mother) or mistakenly have a child. She specifically made a child bought the child into this world and then abandoned it intentionally because she didn’t wanna have anything to do with the husband which is wrong on so many levels. A child is living his life with no mother, because she refuses to step up to the plate that she made. That child will need therapy because of her.

I understand her mistake in entering the marriage for the wrong reasons. However, Sherri will forever be wrong for agreeing to the baby and then abandoning the baby. WRONG, PERIOD!!!
Not an easy decision, having to care and love a child that is not yours from a cheating ex husband and dealing with his side of the family can be stressfuly tough. She surgically cut off the tumor from her life and moved on.

He lied that he had a job, expected to be a stay at home dad, have a nanny, have his son go to private school, he chose the surrogate and the donor eggs...The courts held her financially responsible and that is her only responsibility. He still doesn't work and she is financially responsible for 18 years. Thank goodness she wasn't forced to be anymore involved in that man's shenanigans. He needs to find a job, wife and stepmother for his son before the child support payments end.

She abandoned the child. Her name is on his birth certificate she is his mother same as if she adopted him. She signed paperwork before the surrogacy process agreeing to be that child’s mother and 10 years later she doesn’t even know him that’s just not right.

The people siding with this man have some major issues. She did not use her eggs. She did not burth this child. This man mentally abused this woman so that he can benefit from her celebrity status for a payout. Now, she has to pay for a child who is not biologically hers. He got his 4100 for the next 16 years and is still trying yo get more from her. He is a piece of crap.
He should’ve gotten the $10,000. The child was brought into this world with a deadly disease because she forced him into existence.
