I live in Utah and the ballots are mailed to our homes a few weeks before the election, and we fill them out and drop them in the mail. My adult children cannot be inconvienced to even fill out the ballot, even when it would take them two minutes. There is no way they would ever vote if they had to go to a voting location and do it person. Gen Z talk the talk, but they absolutely do not walk the walk.

I'm so tired of hearing about her.
I am from the Kansas City area catch local media as well as national media on Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Kelsey is simply doing vaccine commercials and Bud Light commercials for money. While, he is paid well as a NFL football player that’s something like $10 million-$12 million per year. The podcast that him and his brother do bring him in another couple of million bucks. I don’t know what the commercials brought in. He’s dating somebody who is worth $1.2 billion. He just plumped down $6 million on a house in Kansas City, Missouri. Previous to that he was living in at apartment complex. he simply doing whatever he can for money. Taylor Swift seems to be a genuine person.
As both of you indicated, I do not think she will venture into presidential politics in 2024. I think she has come to the realization that she could damage her brand if she gets involved in politics. Her father at age 71 and most likely a conservative and also one of her advisors is somebody she turns to alot. There was a documentary on her done in about 2020 how she agonized over some of the elections in Tennessee and the presidential election. Time will tell keep in mind it’s already the end of January the election is only 10 months away. She is going to be in Japan, then, Australia, then, in Europe, she will not be irrelevant in the United States, she will be spending a great deal of time abroad on the ERAS tour until the very end of 2024.
She's on screen so much because the the NFL is losing viewers still.

A few years or so before the presidential elections in 2012, the TV, media, newspapers, etc., started to show Enrique Peña Nieto (governor then and later presidential candidate) with one of the most famous soap-opera actress Angelica Rivero.
They got married in Royal style while the entire country watched, of course), 2 years before the presidential elections.
Well, the dumb citizens fell for it and this guy won (terrible president of course).
Mexicans came to find out years later that they lived in separate houses and by the end of the presidential term (2018), it was obvious that it was a marriage of convenience (each doing their thing), until just ONE year later, they “announced” their divorce in 2019!

You have to admit- three/four years ago news programs actually talked about Taylor Swift ticket sales being the lowest they had been in ages.
Taylor, Swift in general had declined, and now- (not saying that she can’t come back on top,) but all of a sudden ticket sales are at an all-time high and everything Taylor is Golden.
Why is that?
Gee, I can think of ONE reason why Taylor didn't sell a lot of tickets in 2020!
(Every single one of Taylor's tours for the past decade has set records. She was NEVER in decline, except in the minds of delusional people.)
And Megan is correct about how Taylor doesn't have that sort of power. She couldn't stop Marsha Blackburn in Tennessee in 2018 (and the Tennessee Congressional candidate she also endorsed also lost). She did NOT endorse Biden in 2020. (She largely tries to avoid politics.) She was NOT trying to raise $$$ for Palestine, she went to some comedian's show, not necessarily knowing that he was donating the funds to Gaza.
People just project their fantasies onto her, including the alt-right types who used to claim her as their "Aryan princess". That's why people send her death threats and letters about how they're going to chain her up in their basement. That's why she's been surrounded by bodyguards every day since she was SIXTEEN. That's why she hates Blackburn's attacks on the anti-stalking laws.
To try and treat Taylor as anything other than what she is, is just silly. She's a nice wholesome creative genius who wants to keep on having more hit songs than any woman in the history of planet earth (behind only Paul McCartney atm, I believe), inspire her fans, do some cocaine and have the biggest lesbian orgies known to celebrity history. I'm not a fan but she got to huge MJ levels of worldwide fame during the lockdowns and the music is honestly good (even if not my taste)

The world we live in is so screwy and evil now, who knows what to believe anymore? Some things that any normal person would have a ridiculous "conspiracy theory" not too long ago have actually turned out to be true.
The Kelce-Swift relationship may be genuine. But as you admitted, this could also be (and anyone with half a brain now knows is) something the PR agents pushed to raise both of these individuals' public profile. One thing that cannot be denied by any intellectually honest person is that the NFL and the major media outlets that broadcast NFL games have pushed constant camera shots of Taylor Swift throughout every Kansas City Chiefs' football game. This should surprise no one who has watched the evolution of the NFL for the last 3 decades. The NFL has spent the last 30 years attempting to increase the market for their sports entertainment product. That means women are the targeted audience demographic they want to gain. Thus, we see the NFL taking various steps and measures to modify the game and the coverage of NFL football so that more women will watch NFL games. The Pentagon/political angle may be conspiracy theory. But conspiracy theories are what you get when it's very clear that the people "running the show" literally and figuratively are not just giving you the entertainment product you thought you signed up to watch.
I have no doubts they have set this up having seen what 'they' are capable of doing.
Yeah I think you're onto something. I think it's highly convenient that of all teams the KC Chiefs are going to the Superbowl. Seems rigged and the attention could make some permanent female fans/families watching together that hadn't otherwise because of Taylor being there. They're probably banking on them remaining interested in watching games even if they break up

You are 1000% correct. I live in KC and Mahomes is as serious about winning and General Patton was in defeating German in WWII. These stories always leave out Mahome's role in it all. I read an article by an influencer who talked about how she had been offered money to "date" an NFL football player, going out to dinner and there would be set up paps, and they should hold hands etc and this is done OFTEN.

Interestingly, in my opinion, Candace Owens addressed this whole... Identity crisis situation, from her perspective.
IF her true concern/care is for the people she is likely to seek the truth, damn the consequences. People that do not seek the truth tend to.. ya know, purposefully avoid it and refuse to hear anything outside of what's in their head already.
