You can slow down the speed in game settings. If you bought from steam, it will be automatically set to normal speed.

I just downloaded from Steam and I try to play with a Keyboard and Mouse but I don’t know how!! The game stock in Controller!! Any help how I can change it from Controller to Keyboard and Mouse please??

Just remove all controller usb and connect keyboard and mouse only. Restart pc and check.

might be that u havent capped the fps
