No…I get my best views when I play pocket. Chops gets their attention, pocket keeps their butts shaking and keeps their attention. Chops gets you in the door, pocket keeps you in the room. And I’m the same. People ask me what I do and all it is singles doubles and paradiddles. And try to make them all sound the same. And practice them with a light touch to a moderate metronome tempo. Over time you just(eventually)get better.
