XPT models will be very popular. I'm whispering in the ear of a O Scale modeler I know to do O Scale Red Rattlers. He knows they are hugely popular in HO. The IDR Hopper cars look awesome. Your lucky to do giveaway and have a website away from this nightmare site to pull it off.
Thanks for all the updates mate, hope alls going well. There is certainly alot of good stuff coming out for the rest of this year and most likely next few years too
When I watched the first episode of model railway news I had my doubts and thought "this is fools errand, there isn't enough going on in the Australian model railway scene to have enough content and you would run out if things within 2 months. And besides who would even want to watch?" But wow do I stand corrected! I look forward to each months edition and they get better each time. N scale SAR redhens and 700 class steamer? Never thought i would see the day, amazing stuff! The hobby is supposed to be dead right?
That’s ok, love your work! I agree with your previous news updates. it’s time more companies update the way they deal with preordering! It’s hard not to feel like you may be missed for a big cash outlay. 😮
Will, great news, thank you for taking the time to collate, and share. Certainly lots happening. I think the hobby is in good condition, and now lots of active vendors, and lots of exhibitions coming up. Cheers, and take care, Michael
Nice news update Will. I recently picked up the new Paul's 3D Prints N class from the Glen Waverley exhibition. Still yet to put it together but will do soon. See you at the showgrounds exhibition.
Great update especially about the Australian animals been looking for these. Track side models do great quality work I have bought a few items from them buildings, cattle holding pens through to fences worth the money the finished product is excellent
@@WillJamesRailways I'm in the UK; life member of PBPS, and have one of each of the Haskell NA locomotives, bogie wagons too. It will be great to have some carriages!
I think I’ll keep my eyes out for those Victorian Rail streamliners. Likely to to get hit hard on shipping costs, because USA, but if I had to pick one Australia engine Victoria Streamliner would be it.
@@WillJamesRailways Prices over all have gone up here in the USA, that's why my model railway project has been in limbo since 2020, I normally buy model train stuff from Amazon using my Amazon Employee benefit to reduce the price almost 50% but so far on Amazon I'm only seeing USA brands like Bachmann, Lionel and Athearn, and the main UK brand Hornby, but absolutely nothing from Auscision or SDS. Originally I was going to do just a USA themed setup, inspired by the mountainous region of California I live in but I decided later on that doing something multinational could open more creativity.
@@WillJamesRailways Update - I just managed to score my first Australian locomotive. Courtesy of "Broadway Limited Imports", I now have one of the locomotives from the Pilbara region. Lucky for me the seller was in North Carolina so I didn't have to worry about overseas shipping costs.
I reach out to them twice a month, and never get a response. I can usually get some information at exhibitions (one of the reasons I go to so many) But like many others they don’t reply to correspondence for the news! Sorry I can’t be more help!
Thanks Tim! Unfortunately Auscision will not communicate with the channel although they are contacted frequently, to no avail! Sorry I can’t be any help
@WillJamesRailways I only have a graham farish hst i repainted to xpt red/ black, didn't know there was any others available, but I took along break from the hobby until recently
I would suggest shopping in store to support local business and it means getting help is easier! If you’re in Melbourne Trainworld or Branchline. Somerset, Orient Express or Junction Models in Adelaide, Woodpecker in Sydney was excellent
It was announced last month, they have in this half of 2024. Although I have asked Auscision, regularly for any updates but they don’t communicate them with the news. Sorry I can’t be any help!

I reckon so Leo! Ohh now that would be a sight to see!

Sds T class? Any news when they will release? I have a preorder and have tried to contact them. No response?

Thanks for the updates! Any idea when the Auscision CLF / CLP class locos are being released? Its Q3 of 2024 now and still no sign of them!
Thanks Tim! Unfortunately Auscision will not communicate with the channel although they are contacted frequently, to no avail! Sorry I can’t be any help
Hey Will,
Did you take note of the locos BEHIND the N scale XPT? Some lovely aboriginal paint schemes perhaps? Do tell mate!
Yeah they’re N scale versions of the NR’s they did last year, however (this has been coved in older editions) they won’t be producing them!
@@WillJamesRailways Oh. Pity that. They looked good. Ida bought a couple. I'm late to the party, as it were. Ta very much mate
well done
Thanks!
Well i have to get the XPT, the HST was a nice look a like, but have to have the genuine Aussie version
Which one?! Auscision or Gopher models?

What chassis is required for the E class body shell, assuming none is included.
Best to get in contact with them! I don’t manufacture it!
nice vid of trains and roll stock train things thanks for the share on channel thanks
Thanks for watching!
Hey guys where is the best and most affordable website to buy train sets from..? Please Help me out
I would suggest shopping in store to support local business and it means getting help is easier! If you’re in Melbourne Trainworld or Branchline. Somerset, Orient Express or Junction Models in Adelaide, Woodpecker in Sydney was excellent
Might need to get a GM or two for my rail train I'm making
Excellent to hear Rob!
When are harris sets due does anyone know?

Finally, the S Class is coming!
Certainly an exciting time Stuart!
