Similar to your situation, my daughter's death was very traumatic and I have had to deal with secondary trauma along with my grief. I have leaned into my faith as never before but I also sought out anything else that would help me along this journey. It didn't matter whether it was spiritual or secular. I truly believe God can use all things for good and He is definitely using you. I have been a believer for 37 years. Many will reference religion but it's not about religion. It's about a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. I wanted you to know that I have been blessed by your channel and I am looking forward to reading your book.
