Hey Shea, pls advise your listeners to have blood work done before taking any supplements, especially minerals. So many mess with blood tests, as I just found out. Biotin raises my TSH numbers through the roof. Most of my numbers were out of range and some make your rx meds less effective. (Biotin had my thyroid meds not working 100%). Didn’t mean to disrupt your great video, thanks for all the ideas ❤

One lady in Texas sued them after her miscarriage while working in 90-100 wharehouse. Another fired after being hit by a drunk driver going to work. Another having a leg brace since birth having to pay for another evaluation when you could see his leg was deformed.

I bought it and after 2 weeks i had tiny white bumps on my face, not pimples but deeper whuteheads i guess theyre called, I switched to half castor and half coconut oil and same thing, plus blackheads started , I use my regular care routine so I know it was the castor
