    INGREDIENTS
    1) Fish Fillets(boneless) - 2 pieces
    2) Butter - 3 tsp
    3) Garlic cloves - 8
    4) All Purpose Flour(maida) - 3 tsp
    5) Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
    6) Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
    7) Sun dried Coriander - 1 tsp
    8) Salt
    9) Pepper
    10) Olive oil or any other - 1 tsp
