It's gone to be realistic. He would struggle to even qualify in the E36. Have you even watched the series this year? It's nothing but killers over there and 50 cars show up. There's levels to this game and he's still on level 3. Most of drift masters is on levels 5-7. Than you have 6 guys at level 10. It would be a huge and I mean huge, expensive lesson to learn

Agreed! Of course the skill level in DMEC is high and its tough to even qualify... but its all about the journey, pushing yourself to improve and giving the best performance you can every weekend.
Regardless of how the season goes none of that goes to waste. 🙂

DMEC is best level drifting atm with good judges so if you get chance to be there you should.

Yes do it driftmasters is the best championship currently running in my opinion. Track list and section list is always amazing driving tracks such as Riga. It would be amazing

For you, I think it’s feasible and I don’t think competing at that level should be done in a car you aren’t 100% comfortable in. So I say do it! Keep killing it Adam❤

I wonder what Vaughn and RTR would think about building a RTR for drift masters and expanding into that side of the world. I know he has done something similar before so kind of makes me wonder if he would be down for that. You know the platform and have won with it aswell.

I would be very happy if you were a part of drift masters. But you also have to say very clearly that it is difficult enough to get into the top 32 at Drift masters. The tracks are new for Adam and he always has to travel from America for an event that might end before the top 32. I don't know if it's that attractive for him given the effort involved. But it would be interesting to see a full session of you in the currently best drift series.

absolutely yes. i think with the seat time you have in that car and how confident you are in it it would be a no brainer to prep it and send it to drift masters, that thing would absolutely shred

Bring the E36 or the S15 to DMEC and do another half season of FD. I think it would develop your driving a lot and would be good to see you compete more outside of the US

I know the coupe is supposed to be a low cost thrash car, and collete surprised you with the wrap, but please paint it a neutral color. I think it would look sick if you painted it the color of the cream s13s cage. Also would be fun to see you try your hand at paint

Its crazy how well that platform has done in FD for many many years being the least expected when it comes to imports or other domestics like the Camaro Corvette & Viper! YES! I got in a friendly argument on the Drift Masters live stream about which car you should drive in that series. The E36 would shred out there and you are at one with that chassis or you could work with Vaughn about getting an RTR out there for you 🤷🏻♂️

Except for that fact that he won 1 event in the mustang in 2 years of driving it, but builds the e36 and he wins every event against the same drivers… he is more comfortable in cars that him and his crew build. They make it for him around him. RTR didn’t. He used Vaughn’s old chassis, they wouldn’t give him RHD because it’s “not feasible” but then James comes and immediately gets a RHD rtr mustang. Then he was sharing a car with vaughn which who do you think RTR was making it the most comfortable for? Oh yeah that right the boss… VGjr. He just needs to leave RTR and FD and do his own thing whether that is driftmasters because they aren’t as biased judging, or just running his own events. NO MORE DRIVING OTHER PEOPLES CARS EITHER!!! He has enough money to have a car in each region he wants to compete in. Build them at home, get comfortable at home, then ship em off to AUS, EU, shit maybe even Japan if he keeps getting napped in his cresta there. Just build 3-4 of the same cars in an identical fashion then ship them to your desired locations.
@@Puddiinface Oh for sure. I was just thinking in the favor of RTR expanding, not so much Adam for some reason. You’re definitely right. He should copy and paste that E36 all over the place so that he has a consistent chassis to drive, but he has a passion for building drift cars so I guess he has to figure out that balance between major event cars and grass roots comp cars.

I figured you would go with a euro fighter, can the e36 hold up to that abuse? It’s taken a lot of hits in fd and other comps along with your shows. Metal fatigue bad to be an issue eventually. Maybe you could swap something with Bagsey he has enough drift cars for an event.

My friend is OBSESSED with the sound of the 787b and the fact that it is a 4 rotor. I am going with him to the event and I was hoping the 4 rotor supra would surprise him, but it is what it is. It just sucks.

Just a thought, send the e36 over and do a full season or two, then either bring it back or build a new one for FD and run your program again with all the new knowledge
would love to see the e36 rip in action in Sweden. The track they run in sweden is INSANELY fast. Probably the fastest track in professional drifting (entries well over 120mph).

E36 would be sick in drift masters . But what would be even better is a eurofighter or a s chassis built by James Deane or an accomplished European team . Have a European based comp car. Time to hit up ppre or mad Mike for some recommendations to sort the oil issues . James Deane's 4 rotor doesn't seem to have issues . Not a dig at Vargas but even he said it's a learning experience

Lmao an rtr would look funny as hell on those tracks in Europe. Not that I don't like the rtrs they are my favorite cars in fd it would just look so odd over there.
It’d be so cool to see you compete over here. But I worry the 36 serves you so well in the US you’d be missing it. If anything the FD s15 would be better as it’s closer to where you’d want it and the 36 can still run klutch kickers etc

Yes but make sure you cut all the back out. The dmec cars all have floppy rear ends as all the tracks have rear walls and ye need soft structure out back 😁

Seems like the layouts and ruleset in Drift Masters rewards side grip to slow the car when at angle. As opposed to FD style of coming in hot n smooth and get/stay into the OZ with left foot braking.

t37s are probably my favorite style wheel. Actually have a spare set ordered for my e36 and already have a spare set for my kart but they’re reps
I wish adam would knock down maybe like 15ft of trees off the side of the track and make it wider. Place really could/would be a great place to hold a comp or events.
Im sure you know this but ill say it anyway. Oil pressure does not equate to oil flow. You should be logging oil flow via liquid flow sensor
