Good environment for a talent qb to get his stripes. Dylan was smart coming to Buford. He'll be better prepared for the speed at the next level.

As a Macon, GA resident, I am proud of the way Jones County fought. It's only so much that you can do against a team that recruits throughout the city of Atlanta.
lol Bufird does not recruit any kid from Atlanta those kids grow up in Buford youth and run he same playbook as the HS since the age of 6 stop making excuses.

@@marcvslicinivscrassvs7536 so if I recall correctly he and his dad moved only. And for some reason it has to be a full family move or your parents have to legally separate for it to be kosher. His parents didn’t divorce and his mom stayed behind so they ruled him ineligible the last half of the season. Dylan’s whole family moved so it’s legitimate in the eyes of Ghsa

Buford only accepts out of district enrollees at kindergarten and 9th grade. Anyone else has to make the move inside the district.
There are just under 2,000 students at BHS and only a few hundred of those live out of district. And a small percentage of those are involved in athletics at all. My daughter is at BHS and we live out of district. trust me ... she doesn't play football. haha
People try to make it sound like the majority of BHS students live out of district, and that's simply not true. In fact, it's quite the opposite.

Because the players don't have to live in the district to go to the school. There's no such thing as a "bonafide move" (ex. The Garcia/Valdosta situation) when it comes to Buford.

Miami Central just got the Cunningham brothers, who started off in GA, went to CA, and are now at Central! Buford has their ringer QB. Duncanville and North Shore are monster sized schools (4000+) who also get transfers from those huge metro areas. The actual teams that win with "local kids" will not appear in the top 25 and are not to be heard of on these boards.
