      Too bad they're hardly worth it. They arent really strong enough to warrant using and current average "gunfights" dont last long enough for strafing to really make you a harder target or get you behind cover before you're dead or the enemy is. It doesnt even impact your aim, that's how unnoticeable it is. That's just my opinion, I'm not trying to fight but to communicate.

      @tashinatorgaming9674 4 года назад +2

      Yeah, I also think it does because, 1, the description says it's an *anti-tank* explosive so, realistically, it would do more damage to players (also explains why you thow it so softly, because you're supossed to thow it infront of a tank) and, 2, you die in one hit even when using E.O.D.

    • @xSP3CTREx
      @xSP3CTREx 4 года назад +1

      You can also place it in areas clays cannot, no lasers emitting, it can be placed on a Capture point flag base and disappear inside it, it can clip through doors and objects to be placed anywhere and most ppl don't see a laser and walk right in. Regardless of total damages, its a better choice for tactical lethals.

      Really the proxy mine is better in objective modes. You can hide it on a flag and surprise enemies coming out of spawn and you can use it as an anti tank mine in ground war. Claymores are better for slayer modes, even then they may just get nerfed into the ground if the community continues complaining.

There is a significant upside if repeatedly peak firing a burst weapon or a long delay single shot effect.

    Honestly I understand why people prefer strafing more over the other possible upsides of stocks, but if you meet a guy who doesn't misses his bullets, his time to kill will be so short that you won't even have time to start strafing because you will be busy with going to ADS or hitting your bullets.
    The average time to kill in this game is so fast that people often don't even have time to gain the benefits of strafing and being a harder target to hit, because the opponent will land his bullets faster than you could start strafing.

    I like the no stock for SMGs, but the strafing stock for ARs. Haven't messed around with LMGs yet and the DMRs don't seem to make much of a difference. Still trying to decide if I want my DMRs to strafe faster or have less idle sway. I'm usually relatively aggressive with the DMRs in this game (because it's fun). Suggestions?

    No Stock all the way, I can offset the stability and recoil control with other attachments, but no other attachment I've found increases movement speed and ads speed the same way. It really makes a huge difference imo

    @3:42 Aiming Stability only apply before you fire. IMO from what I can see this is not correct. I feel aiming Stability helps reduce side to side recoil. One of your tests with the ranger foregrip it did.

    I usually go with "No Stock" option since I like snappier guns, Strafing is a good option on SMG's and AR's except I find Strafing doesn't actually impact the majority of my gun fights like being able to ADS faster and moving around objectives for kills does.

    I stopped using the collapsible and aim down sight stocks, purely because of the accuracy downsides. In the better lobbies people hardly miss their shots so really you need to be accurate. Instead I use tactical laser. It’s downside is the visibility but your ADS becomes faster and it also enhances accuracy at the same time.

    I actually end up using no stock most of the time, with a few exceptions here and the. The AK for instance has that one stock that increases movement, ads speed and something else with just 1 negative effect. It really depends on your playstyle, for me it's very aggressive with the lowest possible ads speed.

    I’m surely going to get a lot of hate for this but I believe that they should nerf the “No Stock” attachment so that it has a lot more recoil. It’s actually quite ridiculous seeing that many people hitting long shots with stockless ARs. I’m not one to call for absolutely realism but I still think the “No Stock” attachment is OP.

  • @mattg768
    @mattg768 4 года назад +1

    Which stock is the best to use? Is the title but you don't actually say which is technically the best. I'm using no stock on the M4 and for me I can play pretty aggressive but this stock has made the gun much worse and for a game where the ttk is literally Milla seconds that makes a huge difference, so I will probably go back to the second stock in this video because I can still play aggressively with that and the recoil and stability are better, and tbh the A. D. S. shouldn't factor in too much because most people know to pre aim every corner anyway.

    My preferred stock is strafing stock most definitely, but wish it gave bit more increase to strafe speed. I do like no stock on some smgs. Like the MP5 I like the collapsible stock, looks awesome on it to. Good to know there are only really 4 stocks though. If strafe speeds aren't buffed though I think no stock might become my preferred, because it's noticeably faster ADS where strafe bonus doesn't feel to noticeable.

    So the amount of attachments, no matter if you talk about stocks or sights, is more a unnecessary way to make the grind longer instead of really developing unique attachments. What do you think? I just don't need 4 holo 4 red dots and 4 high zoom scopes. Same with silencers or grips. Its like they are the new pistol grips with generic stats sticked on them to make em a bit more relevant.
