I have a question about which stones I have? I have a Norton Multi-Oil Stone for reference. Which stones is the device using for my knowledge please? Thank you.
Any 11.5" x 2.5" stone will work in the IM313. Here are some replacement stones if you want to match the original grits: www.sharpeningsupplies.com/collections/norton/products/norton-crystolon-replacement-stone-for-im313 www.sharpeningsupplies.com/collections/norton/products/norton-india-replacement-stone-for-im313 www.sharpeningsupplies.com/collections/arkansas-stones/products/soft-arkansas-replacement-stone-fits-norton-im313
by the way, one of the best ways to clean the oilstones is with your regular 72% hard soap (laundry soap). apply some liberal amount (just rub the soap against the stone) and then scrub lightly with the soft brush or wash it with your hands
