Hi I am about to receive my Resound One hearing aids. Would love to have your help on how to use them and connecting to other devices. Did not see them in your list of videos.

I have the Oticon TV Adaptor V 3.0. When I switch to Prime Video, it turns off. How can I fix this? It works well otherwise.

    Hi Dr.,
Can you please tell me, aside from iPhone 11, which phone works best with Oticon More. My dad (87) has the phone one less than 11 so he wants to purchase a new one because he’s having sooooo much trouble with the phone streaming.

That's the thing see audio streaming two way you'd need an iPhone see primary oticon is mostly bias towards iPhone I'd say look into phonak or bernafon actually I digress oticon has the ability to stream to android but it requires the sound clip accessory it's basically a mic with a neck loop so an external accessory basically I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one but here I am

I have a question about your You Tube video ruclips.net/video/oOAucxYP6wE/видео.html at 5:20 on the video where you show an “Input Options” box at the bottom of the iPhone Live Listen app and at 5:25 where you show the Input Options selection box with “Automatic / Left/ Right / Off” selections.
I am trialing a pair of Oticon More 1 Minirite R hearing aids with an iPhone SE (2033) phone with the Oticon ON app installed on the phone.
When I access the iPhone Live Listen app I only see a Mic Input selection box with ‘Off’ or ‘On’ at the bottom of the app instead of the Input Options selection box with “Automatic / Left/ Right / Off” selections. I have also paired my More 1 aids on an iPhone 12 phone with the same results.
The Automatic/Left/Right/Off feature, particularly Automatic, would be great to have as I believe the phone only listens to the right hearing aid. Is there some way to access this updated Live Listen app?
