- After years of being a tech and selling tools this is my picks for what a new lube tech might need to buy to get started. There are many tools out there and this is just a short list of what I have seen that most lube techs buy. Thanks for watching and please sub to see more.

There is a real art to marketing on these trucks. The layout of the tools on the shelves , the outlandish bright colors on the tool handle grips, the color of the packaging , etc draws people inward. And for some reason I am drawn into the trucks that are just overflowing with every tool imaginable. I want to buy something even though I don't really need it. 🙂
LOL.. great comment..!
That hydrometer and battery tester are tools that you don’t normally see on these list for beginer tools. But make a lot of sense
Thanks..!
I know you are always stumping to sell your products (as any good business owner should), so I appreciate your list and your comments.
Thanks for watching

@@midatlantictools i was trying to add to the list. The Milwaukee m12 1/4 hex drive impact driver for all those under panels these vehicles have. Fairly inexpensive if caught on sale and get them into the Milwaukee platform. My internet is horrible here lol.
@@Tippyb97 yes that's a good one too.. But any Milwaukee is good to have LOL.. I'm sure we could make this list a lot longer..
@@midatlantictools oh for sure. Ive been a tech for over 20 yrs. ive used mostly snapon cordless until i found Milwaukee a few yrs ago. I have an extensive collection of the m18 and m12 tools and they've helped me make good money. Great investment and I'll continue to buy them.
Cool..
Usually as a lube tech any kind of battery tester is supplied by the shop.
You are one of the lucky one most my customers have to buy them. Thanks for watching
@@midatlantictools especially places like dealerships they provide them, thanks for making your videos noticed the ezred neck light that are similar to the ones Snap-On and MATCO make but I’m a lube tech so no chance I’m gonna buy that 200$ light when I can get an Amazon version for 40 bucks
@@williamsanders468 Always try to support your tool dealer when you can but I do understand when it's a big saving. Paying a little more is OK if you have a good tool dealer that will help you getting the right tool for your job. Hope you Sub so maybe you will see other tools that you might need someday..!
I have the aircat 1150 and other air wrenches the ac 1150 is one of the strongest guns I have owned much stronger than the snapon mg725 that is so over priced on the snapon truck 500.00 bucks my ac 1150 was under 200
It's a good air gun..
Best thing about this video is I learned how to pronounce Lisle. 😁
Well no one said I was saying it right.. lol Thanks for watching.
Starting fork lift tech list?
I really don't have any fork lift techs but will see what I can do. Thanks for watching
The only job that needs you to buy it and it only cost up to 500.000 more than going to school
Are these tools made in the USA?
Nope not all of them.. thanks for watching
Vmi or vim
Nice video, I subbed to your channel.
Thanks for the sub!
Don't forget about the nut drivers
7,8,1/4
always room for more.. lol
One hand spinner with a good assortment of 1/4" sockets eliminates the need for nut drivers.

However I d rather grab one item then 2or more
Your assuming a lot. Most of the new guy can't even show up to work most days and you think they would have tools somewhere there not even going to bother to show up. It's even funnier the odd day they show up and complain they don't make enough money working (oops show up at the work place) maybe 10 hrs a week.
There some truth with your feedback.. thanks for watching
