    Your video, is pretty good, but you are struggling lot harder then needed when your releasing the dogs, myself having had my Hud-son for 4 years, I realized there is an easy trick to release the dogs, and have used it always, simply have an old claw hammer laying on the ground next to the dogs, just flip the lever out and tap on the edge of dog, it releases with one tap and your on to lifting up to turn the log, no excerstion or grunting to release

    It’s better than the screw in. Over time you break it in.

    Nah dude, they are complete junk. I would not consider buying another Hudson until they fix this issue.

      i don't think they are that bad. the only thing i hate about them is dogging a big log down low. but then i just screw it to my mill bed now. im a hud-son fan and have owned 3 now and yes i have owned a wood meizer and an ez boardwalk as well as ive helped people with woodland mills. id say the best are the dogs on the ez board walk but then hudson is second.

    You want to know junk...try a HD 36...time consuming crap...these are one piece and fast...making 4...
