ELRS is honestly game changing. I have been implementing elrs in my personal arduino/microcontroller projects and being able to change the baud rate as well as running on sbus mode is amazing and I can use pre made libraries todecode the signals and use them accordingly. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

are lq and rssidbm still available for osd?or we set up through telemetry a channel for rssi only so can see it in goggles osd?
No, since this is running SBUS protocol, the ELRS protocol features you mentioned do not work.
Instead as far as the configuration on the radio is concerned, is it practically the same as how I would have binded a normal expresslrs receiver?
Binding is the same, but you have to select SBUS as the protocol instead of CRSF.
This was a good video! But why fly aliexpress quads? Are they really any cheaper?
Yes, they are cheaper.
I've got a couple of these TCMMRC quads and they fly pretty well considering how cheap they are.
Would you care to explain what is that DJI option?? I was considering if anyone hacks their radio all the people using their VTX hardware can turn around and use normal radio to connect on 2,4 to their Radio RX and save weight!!
I have no idea... I would ask the ELRS devs about that.
