In Seminole County, she pleaded No Contest to Grand Theft ($750-$5000) on November 13, 2024, and was sentenced to 273 days in jail (time served) concurrent with her other sentence.
In Broward County, she was sentenced to 366 days in jail on August 2, 2024, for violating her parole from a basically identical 2022 case.
Honestly it's all a bit confusing, she has fraud and probation violation cases going back to 2018.
Thank you for the update!😊
I worked for Verizon before for over 8 years doing customer service. These scams are way too easy to pull off. We would see them often. Send her jail and let her think about how many people she fucked over by selling them phones that will inevitably turn into paper weights.
How does the scam work? How did she only have to pay tax for a new phone?
@sarahd8093 cuz it's on a 3 year payment plan and they only require you to pay taxes up front
She gonna be in jail a long time because she has to go to every city to see a judge for that county
Just arrest her already! Stop having a conversation full of lies!
They have to build a case for the prosecutor. I know u want your anger needs met immediately but law enforcement is a process
It's due process. Investigations are just that- they investigate 🤯
Waste of time cause in most cases out of a whole 50 minutes, 45 minutes is just the thief LYING😂@@kirstenkook5634
Correct, sometimes it proves guilt and sometimes it proves innocence!
@@kirstenkook5634
you'd be a cop that screws the case up and gets it thrown out.
270 days in jail?! This is why crime doesn't stop! Ridiculous!
White collar crime. Possible CLUB FED.
Liberal DA
They didn’t hurt anyone. Just some billionaire didn’t get their money🙄 bfr
And it wont lol
They didn’t jail the Felon of the United States so why would they be harsh on crime 🤷🏽♀️
270 days is not punishment nor deterrent for these crimes.
"You want me to tell you the truth" Naw, they want you to lie.
Shut your corny ssa up😂
Lol 😂
@sonishajordan9091 she’s still lying.
Like?? And then still lies
She thinks if she just tells the detective some vague stories, he can just pull some strings and pretend like none of what she did happened. 😂
Couldn't do this at Sprint. 8 years ago they started having to scan the back of your ID to get into your account at all. It would've come back as invalid if it were fake.
I wonder why they don’t all do that? SMH
I was thinking the same thing 🤔 I have T-Mobile & they won’t even fool with you if you can’t confirm account information & have an id for verification
That’s why I’m confused cause I have Verizon and to even pay my bill at store or even talk to the people I have to scan my id
We do that at AT&T
Nah she isn't the fall guy with some master mind controlling her. Why would they use someone who is already on the radar over and over
She is THE guy..
Good she got caught.
💯
Wish my bd would get caught up like this
This girl snitching on her own fam. She gonna end up missing by her own family.
Absolutely she just giving everyone up!!! Either endup missing or they will pit out a hit make an example of her. Hopefully not but I agree with you
@KanoDe256 exactly what I was thinking.
She hasn't told the truth! At all! She keeps using Lil Woody lines, "i don't recall."
She said her uncle and aunt are raising her as her parents, ummm she grown as hell, does she think she still a kid,she doing a scam and on probation and wants to act all innocent.
Permanently infantile mindset.
15:35 😅 cop is here to help her. Help her get locked up
$26,000 in phones that's a lot of phones
Not really, its like 20 new phones
Easy money though 😂 if you don’t get caught
She was runnin it up! wtf was her goal lol
@@TheOfAndthat’s alot of phones?
Exactly! That would've been a red flag for me as an employee, unless she was claiming it was for a business/corporate account
All that stolen money and she couldn't bother to size up her wardrobe as she grew
OMG but true!🤣
Lesbians 😅 ha!
She Dominican
She keeps saying her past over and over. No way lady. It's you!!
In 270 days she will be screaming up somebody else's credit. Why is it that the same people get off Scott free? Just the amount of work hard working people with credit have to do when when theives steal from them. She thinks she is entitled, with nice clothes, tatoos, watch and a Nike shirt and sneakers. Disgusting.
She bought those expensive clothes with her scammed money but didn't buy them in the right size 😬😂
She probably stole those too
How the hell does she scam over 15 cell stores? I have a hard time getting a phone upgrade even thought 8 yrs with da same phone company. One late payment. And Now the want DNA sample,a tracking device, a promise of my left leg or arm 😂
It must be really tough to switch from AT&T to Verizon! 😂
Right?
💯💯 Yep. Dont forget the title to your car and your firstborn 😂. I signed less papers when I bought the house.
Her: Lie lie lie
Cop: You're caught
Her: I'm not gonna lie blah blah blah
Just like chump
15:25She uses the Majority Member card reload card when she cannot use her Capital 1 card . I wonder why? She does not realize she is putting the nails 1by1 in the coffin.
Especially when the card is in someone else's name! 😂
It's like she's TRYING to come across in the slimiest and most dishonest way possible.
Typical narcissist, they want to brag about their offenses while somehow simultaneously playing the victim. Truly nauseating.
Not trying seems first nature.
Her snitching to the cops, thinking she safe she forgets.... body cam footage is open to the PUBLIC. Shes not only putting herself at risk, but her neices nephews aunts uncles EVERYONE. The higher ups in these scams dont fucking play. She gets a couple hundred buck per phone. Why even risk it??? BLOWS MY MIND. A job in a trade is $1k a week after a couple years.
Singing like a canary real quick 😂😂
The only reason you should be nervous is if YOU'RE BREAKING THE LAW!! you have learned nothing by being on probation for a crime you are currently committing.
The irony…she can open accts with fake IDs, they don’t have copies of them, but when scammers open fake accts in my name Verizon wants everything from me but my dna to clear the false acct…🤦♀️
Even the cops got mad she was snitching on everybody except her 😂
Yessss 😂😂😂
On probation for the same thing 😂😂😂😂 insanity is the act of doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.
that's called 'insanity'...😅😅😅
She's perfecting her craft! 😂
This is absurd. You aren't fooling anyone. It's obvious they know you are a liar and still scamming. THEY KNOW! Everybody knows! They are just trying to get you to admit it.
Verizon IS NOT cheaper than AT&T and I'm sure Verizon is offended by her statement. Verizon AIMS to be the most expensive for a reason.
One would think that if one wanted to be devoted to a life of crime, one should remain without tats or any other thing that shows you as only you, like a fingerprint. How absolutely stupid. You may as well have your I.D. out.
Often, I think of people who are in prison because they were positively identified by their tattoos, and curse themselves for ever getting them.
Listen to how scummy this interaction is.
Its how these people are, its all they know.
Wish the officer would stop giving her outs and excuses for her gro*s behavior.
Does anyone work for a living anymore?
I guess not 😂😂😂 or probably just wants easy fast money
The free Covid handouts made everyone lazy.
Only 9 months for ruining people's lives? Pathetic.
She is one of those repeat offenders who will keep scamming and stealing because they've never been held accountable in their life, including with the judicial system.
ruining people’s lives? what people? ngl verizon makes a lot of money each month. 23k is chump change. i don’t condone stealing but this woman hasn’t directly “ruined” a persons life besides her own
@@pongo445 Yeah, screw the people who own stock in Verizon to offset the bullshit social security they get each month. Screw them. They're all rich anyways, isnt that right?
@@pongo445 Did you even see the clip? At the very end it says she has accumulated numerous scam charges over the whole of Florida.
@ she wouldn’t have got 9 months in jail while on parole if she was “running people’s lives” in scams. do you lack critical thinking skills that deeply that you can’t conduct a full and comprehensive assumption? it’s also a video. not a clip. the numerous scams were for the same thing only in other counties. i suggest you rewatch the video because it says just that.
😂😂😂 I’m 63 and i remember stuff i did when i was 13
People irregardless IS NOT a word! Lol that's a pet peeve. I can't believe the officer said that
From watching these videos it seems like people who start slapping their upper thigh while speaking are lying.
I do this when I’m done eating & full 😂😂😂
Yeah, and anytime you hear “I’m not gonna lie to you” or “ “I’m gonna be honest with you” or “ I won’t lie”, or any statement telling you how they are going to be honest with you, you can get ready, cause the bull is about to drop a load of crap that would fill a brand new outhouse! lol. Now that I’ve seen time and time again. The best way to tell when they are lying is when they swear they’re NOT….or when they open their mouth.
That's because SHE ISN'T HANDCUFFED 😅
Bunch of "knee slappers"! 😅
Body language experts do cite that (or tapping the table) as a sign that someone is lying.
I do see it a lot in interrogations, but I also see people do it when frustrated.
Take the dang phone before they start deleting evidence. Good grief.
Nothing is ever deleted from your phone or the internet, even if you think it is. A search warrant will retrieve everything she ever sent or received.
You can't delete evidence from a phone, it can all be recovered quite easily.
I’ve noticed in my 36 years on this planet, is once a criminal always a criminal. And any scammers get one felony they don’t stop cause the first one it’s over
The audacity for her to get mad 😂 🤦♂️
All they do is pretend to be legit, and lie….if you know you scam, just take your charge.
I say this all the time smh I hate when they make a scene or keep lying even after caught, it’s like seriously do they think they’re gonna just let them go even with mountains of evidence like literal videos? Lol come on
The amount of times she goes palms up tells it all 😂
This one, needs locked up.
Yes you do have to pay for your past that is catching up with you that you haven't yet paid consequences for. That is generally how it works. You're not the victim you're the crook.
This happened too my boyfriends phone account also .I'm glad she got caught .
She was READY to snitch!
I worked at radio shac back in 2012-14. Had a guy I was working with who looked like the man when it came to phone sales. I was trying s o hard to keep up with his numbers thinking he was the guy to beat until I found outhe was doing so much fraud it almost crippled the store. Then people started coming in with issues on they plan and lines opened that they didn't authorize smh
Habitual thief and liar! Makes me sick.
Naw she ain't the fall person😂😂 She is the scammer !!!
Yes, she is a criminal, and deserves prison time, but the people running these operations were NEVER be caught dead in a store doing this. They use dumb, poor, desperate people to go in the store so THEY GET ARRESTED
She went from stealing phones to now being a informant 270 days she's a snitch😂
I hate cell phone companies. You can tell that a two iphone commission helped grease those questionable ID's and credit cards.
The usual scammer.
What you mean a woman.... because scammers come in all colors especially pale 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Shame on them
Am here struggling to keep a roof over my head and food on my table and they are there robbing us
her talking too much got her in deeper trouble
You on probation when that happens you can't have no police contact is it amazes me that people that have been involved with the law and they put them on probation they just go back and do the same dumb thing like you deserve to be in jail
Corrupt & lazy DAs and judges and a ridiculously incompetent revolving door court system
These people literally piss me off.
She snitches on everyone shows you how much the cops care to put her on blast like this they just put a big targer on her. I remember when they forced me to testify against some big gangsters who stole my license plate and went on a robbery and shooting spree offered me zero protection.
She’s irritating
He or she is lying through there teeth
Shim😂😂😂😂
lol she don’t wanna be a she 😢
she must of been making good money yet can only afford to buy children clothes 😂😂
You wrong for that 😂
Shopping at the damn baby gap😂
Scamala needs to be locked up
I’ve sold for all three major cell carriers and without a doubt, Verizon is most expensive. Sure most reliable, but most expensive. T-Mobile is best value. Att is just alright.
Why even go with any of those cell companies you are getting ripped off. Buy any cell phone you want and get prepaid service unlimited data for 45 a month . I use straight talk. Same towers as verizon
