I wasn’t a SB fan, but I always knew what he meant to the sport and never wanted anything bad to happen to him. He once said the fans that dislike him had a huge part in making him successful. I remember several years ago you were either a Bloomer fan or not, there was no in between. You had to pick a side because he was the face of the sport. RIP brother, we’re going to miss the hell out of ya.
It's funny reading all these negative comments about scott, fact is like him or not he is the king, the greatest to ever or will ever do it in a late model. I thought personally he was a ahole, very cocky, brash, but dude he just was that much better, he trusted the throttle to get him out of slides, keep him out of wall, I am telling when the rest was letting off and on the brakes is where he not only was on the gas but wide open

Scott is the best that’s ever been in a super late model imo!!! All these negative comments are prolly butt hurt racers that Scott made look bad at their home track when big money was on the line or fans who are mad because their favorite driver got beat by him. Whether you like him or not he’s the best ever!
should of seen him pulling into Cherokee speedway last month... he was pulling in late during the drivers meetings... came in the car entrance of parking lot.. had to make about a 25 point turn to make it out of the car parking lot and back onto the road and into the pit road.. somebody in stands said "looks like they got a bitch driving that hauler" then bloomer rolls down the window and sticks his head out... everybody in my section realizes its bloomer and laughs about that for about 30 minutes while hes trying to maneuver his way without hitting anybody's car... bloomer wins pole,,, gets his ass dumped big time into turn 1 on restart and crowd goes wild... awesome race... go BRANDON OVERTON... SHOW THEM HOW TO RIDE THE HIGHSIDE!!!!! GO #116
