Im a home health caregiver and the person i take care of couldn’t hear and i just had to yell constantly, the agency that trained me did not teach me hearing aid care, I’ve really relied heavily on videos like this and i just wanted to say thankyou for saving my vocal chords. This kind of thing should be more universal knowledge with caregivers.
My 90 year old mother was adamant both her hearing aids were broken - I finally recalled these little wax filters she used to ask me to get and used your video to find out how to use them and HEY PRESTO she now says they are working 🙄
