I'm amazed at how these are brought to us! Everything is always so well produced! Watching the behind the scenes operations is a winner!
My wife takes for granted how all those boxes end up at our front porch. Kevin, thanks for a top-shelf professional production from filming, interviews, commentary and editing. Amazon's delivery system is truly mind-blowing.
I would like to know how they afford to ship all that stuff. Even with the money they charge for Prime, it doesn't seem lie it would cover air shipping .
Wish our government worked this effectively.
@@rustyneuron I think the vast majority of what you buy is shipped by ground if you live by any major metropolitan are by a. Th m at have huge fulfillment where houses that also probably cover a large amount of rural areas. They also make money off the companies who sell on Amazon. They have a pharmacy now, a Whole Foods. They have a lot of revenue streams.
@@rustyneuron It's Amazon they make so much money from so many different ways it's not just prime members who get charged all 3 rd party sellers have to pay Amazon and it's not cheap depending on what you are selling or Amazon will do everything for you but you pay for it
@@rustyneuron If you ship that many packages in a single plane the cost per package will probably drop below the $2

What a massive operation! Airline Videos has taken us behind the air ops side of Amazon to brilliantly showcase off what it takes to sort, transport and then deliver a single package from the initial purchaser's online request to the customer's front door! WOW! I can't even fathom the cyber security requirements needed to protect such a sophisticated land and air ops process! Holy smokes! Airline Videos, you have once again outdone yourself! A fascinating insight into what goes on at Amazon....those little robots though!! I wonder why the control centre was bathed in purple light...I know purple is a soothing (and energising) colour so maybe that's why. Many thanks for the BTS, Kevin!!!
