i was just on youtube and saw you in my subscriptions, and i realized i never thanked you. i was in a very bad place mentally between 2007 and 2014. at the start i had noone to talk to or anyone i wanted to talk to. but listening to your piano covers was a way for me to clear my head for almost 5 years. then i was institutionalized for 2 years and got the professional help i actually needed. i did not admit it at first because i honestly was ashamed. people with psychiatric problems have a terrible stigma. and 2 years being admitted gave me the things i needed to get better.
but i am 100% sure if i never had the release valve that i could open when listening to your music i wouldn`t have made it to the point that saved me.
therefore, ty david sides.
