S家購入したてで内装に悩んでいます。S家の上フロアにこのようなお部屋を作りたいなと思ったのですが難しいですかね？

Sサイズの１F部分は個室（アパート）より狭いのでこのまま再現はできません。
真似て作る場合は縮小しつつ、Sサイズの大きなドアを隠し、地下への階段の位置等を考慮しながらアレンジして作る必要がありますので、ハウジング慣れている方じゃないと難しいかもしれないです…！
