I called Ninja myself to ask why the "CLEAN" light would still come on, and they recommended a longer cleaning process, which I go over in my new video "Long-Process to Deep Clean the Ninja Coffee Bar" here: ruclips.net/video/q3AVdiF2X0o/видео.html and my clean light has remained off!
I dont use tap water and cant for the life of me figure out why it seems to be gasping its last breath. Im trying this, if it doesnt work, services will be curbside tomorrow.😁
i press clean with vinegar and water once after the cycle rinse with water then i fill again with water and press clean again for the flush cycle then the light stayed off
It's gotta be that hard water your using that's causing that light to come on. We've been using ours since Christmas day 2018 and haven't had our light come on yet. But I agree! These are very nice coffee bars.
Very well could be! My light didn't always come right back on when I first started using it... so it may be just because I've used it for so long and the hard water has taken a toll!
I tried using vinegar several times and the light wouldn't turn off or it would last only a day or two. After using a descaling solution the light turned off and stay off for long time. I do use regular tap water which is really not good 🙈🙈🤣🤣 Thanks for the video though, next time ill try just vinegar and see what happens 👍🏼
My standard cheap coffee maker just broke, then I just discovered that Ninja makes coffee machines (I'm a proud owner of a Ninja blender) & then I also discovered your fantastic channel, all of that today!! Was wondering if you got an answer from the company about that pesky cleaning warning light? I'm in my pre-buying process for a nice coffee machine such as yours! I guess that the most important thing is that despite this warning light pseudo-issue, the resulting coffee still tastes as good, and I think taht is exactly what you said, right?! Thanks and I love the 2 videos of your channel I've seen so far!
Awww, thank you so much for the kind words. They mean a lot! You know, I've now received the direct phone number to call them to chat about it, but I haven't called them just yet. I plan to do that this week and I'd love to update! But you're right... the light doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the coffee. (for me at least!) I hope that helps and I'll update as soon as I find out something! Thank you again!

Thank you for sharing what worked for you!
How to clean inside of the water reservoir the bottom where the water actually comes through
How do you take the lid off the carafe!?
Hi Leanne! Mine just twists off, I hope that helps!

Oooh, interesting! I may give the descaling solution a try too, to compare how much longer it stays off. Thank you!
Does the classic brew, rich brew, and over ice brew lights need to be off?
Hi Cindy! Do you mean when it's cleaning?
