- Happy Friday! In today's video, I'm going to show a little of my morning workout, and then a little later in the day I'll sit down and talk about my fitness routine, and what gives me motivation. This is a rainy day so we went to the library and ran some errands.

I love Sydney Cummings workouts too! Although I always choose the 20-30 min ones! And my reasons and motivation for working out are the very same as yours. It really is empowering as a busy homeschool mama to take this time to do something so good for our bodies!

Wow, your workout schedule is amazing! Good for you! I also love working out but have to push myself to start, and I’ve been doing strength training since I was 16. I just had my fifth baby and am looking forward to exercising again in a couple weeks! Of course it’s challenging to work it into the routine again.
I need a workout routine so badly but have struggled getting started and building the habit. Thanks for the motivation.
Start small! Wake up ten minutes earlier, and do a 15 minute workout three times a week. It won’t take long before that is a habit!

I would be careful about doing yoga as a believer, the purpose of the poses are to yoke to the Hindu’ ‘deities’, even though that of course is not the intention. Love Sydney’s workouts too, been doing them for over a year, and they definitely are a challenge!
I know this is controversial…I have read much on both sides of the argument, and am still ok with the routines I do.
