Thanks for your very useful videos, you're helping me a lot.👍🙏 You are my favourite source of informations as far as succulents are concerned. Started my collection about 6 monts ago, i'm fully addicted to this beautiful plants ( I wonder how have I not discovered them before this year...at 53😏). I grow now outside in South of France (a bit) more than 100 species, and it' only a beginning...😁 Please go on, you're going a great job 🥰 Nathalie
The addiction is real 😅 Once you start you'll have to have every single variety and cultivar available. You're already off to a great start- 100 species is impressive 👍💚 So very glad my videos are helpful. Wishing you best of luck with all your succulents ❤
I purchased one recently but have yet to move it to a permanent home. Learning it can spread finalized my placement for the plant. I am also happy to learn the cooler weather will bring on the red 💄 color. Thanks for another informative video. Take care!!
This is my favorite succulent however I have a difficult time growing it here in Florida, USA. Summers are soooooo hot and humid and rainy. But I know that they can be grown here as my neighbor has one growing outside year around. I am not giving up. Your tips are so very helpful. Thanks.
The humidity+rain combo is a bugger. When it's very rainy an unsealed terracotta pot may help a little with getting rid of water. Wishing you all the luck in the universe with the next one 🤞💚
Good vdo again. I had struggle growing lipstick initially. At present am waiting for them to produce some off sets. We dnt get agavoides easily where i stay. What shd be the ideal PH of succulent soil mix?
The range is about 4.5-6.5. When i get mine done the company always sends me report and it's around the 6 mark. They like it slightly acidic. Good luck with the babies- hope she'll give you loads 🙂
@@SucculentGrowingTips Thank you. Since we dnt get good quality succulent soil mix i have been mixing my own. Now i need to find out how to strike the 6 ph. Some good studying of the ingredients that go in is needed now.
I have 2 of the lipstick for almost a year, everything to favour for succulents. But it doesn’t seem growing at all. Unlike Agavoides Mira which grow twice the size. What happens. Newcastle AU
It could be the potting mix or the pot. For me personally- repotting into a big pot always gets them going. They can get pretty big but won't grow well when rootbound. Now we're in spring they should start growing well 🤞
