It's crazy to me how many people don't know about the holding space bar for a trackpad. i’ve taught it to a few people recently

Fun fact! When you have two live activities open in the dynamic island and you swipe right to reduce it to one live activity, you mentioned you cannot reopen the second live activity. You can! Swipe down on the dynamic island instead of swiping left and it will reinstate the second live activity. 😃

The 2 tricks I am glad to have learnt is the true dark mode and emergency bypass.. I couldn’t believe that I missed noticing it all this time
Emergency bypass is a terrible idea to have on. It would be better to just have it vibrate because sometime you are in situations were you are perfectly still and it is impolite to have sound on, like cinema or play. Imagine yourself in a situation were suddenly phone starts ringing in the middle of a theater play lol.
@@janistenic7904 I don’t think need to dismiss it’s as a terrible idea..for me I have a use case where I need to be aware of medical emergency at home when usually my phone is silent at work and this perfectly fits

I'm actually surprised I didn't know some of these, legitimately helpful information! Also I had to check my storage on my phone because I was impressed with how fast yours loaded and had to check if that was improved in an update, but then I realized you only had like, 30GB used, whereas I have like...300GB used.

I learned (2) things here that I will apply often. Just today I was trapped on a website. Now I know to hold down the button to get out of there. That hidden notes gesture was new to me. WOW-Talk about a great trick to increase efficiency.

Extra tip: Use reduce white point when using your phone at night, it’s basically a bigger brightness slider which goes much darker
extra extra extra tip - years ago i added an accesability feature when you tap the home button three times. Turns on the magnify but to 100% aka no zoom and dims the light / gets rid of extra white tones. Long story google the rest. You end up lowering your brightness substantially when pressing homebutton three times. SUPER fast for use at night

I don't use the low light setting as you showed in "darker" dark mode, because it's SO dark, unless I'm in bed and the lowest light setting is bright.
I also have it set to triple 3 finger tap bc there's a bunch of other ones I (rarely) use.
@Brandon @7:40 hpw do you add the calendar widget to you widget to your Lock Screen? I tried, but it doesn’t give me the option to show the whole month like that.
