It's super hard to overcome that fear. I know what you mean. Sometimes it's literally easy on the second go but then others I really have to just let go in my brain. I think its really super dependent on so many variables. I often say when you first look at it and think you can do it then it's on.
Even though you know for sure you can handle it easily, the fear will play with your head every time. Been in that predicament too many times to mention!
Nice video, i remember my first go off the middle one. Awesome feeling. Done the big one a few times. Was shaking for 10 minutes afterwards! Oh, and Windhill is in the South West. 😁
I went here last week, also got over that drop, nice work, its suprisingly smooth once you go off, and we also accidentally went down the black, its savage, didnt spot all those little session zones though, will use them next time! Great vid

@@dannyfitzmtb il throw it out there, one of my good mates won’t do the top section that you breezed but did the DMR section, he said it’s all about the first drop, the second you got that nailed you just go over the whale tail naturally I wanna do it myself but I’m not as good as you or him. One day hopefully
@@littledevilchris666 that's so odd. It makes sense the drop is the intimidating feature of that line. It's crazy how it's all just a mind game. In my eyes if they've done the bottom of DMR then the top is easy as!
