We camped here and asked the locals where we could go swimming..they sent us back on some trails you could take the jeep..found a nice area amd also found a cliff you could jump off.. it was so fun. Some people were riding hourse there too thru the water..it was beautiful.
I enjoy seeing the scenery in your area. As a kid we used to swim in a similar area in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. So much fun jumping off the rocks and cliffs but oh the snakes. Probably why I hate snakes to this day.

Omg, lifetime memories. I didn't know alabama was so beautiful. I didn't know alabama had mountains. Glad you shared y'all adventure with us. Thoroughly enjoyed. Next month my husband and me are going to Asheville,NC to the Biltmore, all the sunflowers are blooming. If you ever get a chance to go there go at Christmas. It's a once and lifetime trip.
