TBF, if I opened a Charizard rare pack, the cards I'm going to want out of it are the more universal cards like Sabrina, Moltres, Starmie, and maybe Erika/Meowth. Which he got none of. Charizard EX has the highest chance of any ex card in a regular Charizard pack. You also have equal odds of all three Charizards in rare packs. The fact it gave him both of the two less rare Charizards rather than the one you'd want from a rare pack is kinda ridiculous. Altogether a good pull as all rare packs are, but as far as rare packs are concerned it's kinda terrible with nothing of note.

I didn't even know god packs were a thing until just now, so I was wondering how it was even possible and thought someone just got SUPER lucky. Ended up pulling the Misty out of it. Would've preferred the Charizard EX as I still don't have ANY Charizards. But I was happy regardless.
@burnttrash9712 I meant buy it with pack exchange points. Unless you want to save up for rare shinnies. I concentrate on battling so I "craft" the cards that I need. Caterpie is cheap

When I first started there was one of these in a wonder pick for me. I got a cool Gyarados from it, but from my understanding Gyarados isn’t relevant at all in the game.
It's not guaranteed you get a Rare pack after a certain number of packs. Just like you're not guaranteed a crown rare. The odds on either of those two happening is 0.05% or 1/2000, but you could be unlucky and open 2000 packs and never see either. I've opened about 100 and I got a crown rare Charizard, so I got super lucky.
0.05% is 1/2000 but that doesnt mean you will get god pack in range in between 2000 packs opened.. to think you will get it in ranger of 2000 packs is a gambler's falacy..
