My mum used to make pizzas on those flatbreads when I was very young. A great tip for when I was an impoverished, struggling young adult, because you could buy a 6 pack of what were called "Lebanese bread" in Australia for 99 cents. A drizzle of olive oil, a smear of tomato paste and whatever topping was available and you had a delicious but dirt cheap meal.

I'm sat here shouting at the screen "that crab linguini NEEDS black pepper, sweetheart" then she throws in a load of watercress that's both peppery and grassy and adds a crunchy texture to the dish. Flawless. And the pine nuts on the honey semifreddo, brilliant really. Yep. Impressive.

I love she enjoys cooking for others as much as for herself, she is so inviting. I want to do all those dishes. I can relate a lot to her with that fact, I also love to cook well for myself as much as for the rest. She is amazing!
