Very easy to install without even removing the bumper!!! It actually took me more time to lift the car, set cameras and lighting than installing the thing lol Best splitter out there, no doubt!
you have to ask them for the bolt kit. it also comes with a bracket and mounts using the Two Center bolts and reinforces the splitter in the front. the rivets supplied with the kit are not strong enough and will come out. I found this out after running over a hundred. but otherwise it is a good splitter when properly installed.
This is a great video but those with the 2014 SS2 kit comes with all bolts and nuts to attach it. Only has 2 plastic clips that hold the extreme corners near wheel well. It took me a bit longer due too the need to remove 3 star screws in each wheel well and 3 small standard bolts under fascia that also attach the wheel well to the car. It is a tight reach to get all 10 Bolts and nuts in place. Drilling was a piece of cake just be patient trying to reach inside the facia area but once it's on it's solid!! Thanks for this video I was still able to apply most of it just with a few tool changes for 2014
I was told to reference this for the t5 installation on my 2015 rs and Its not the same . Mine did not need the wheels to come off and the end bolts were not like this . It did fit good though. it took about 2 hours to do and looks aggressive. No sense in adding the rubber trim edge back on when it is never visible and it sits two feet back under the lip now with the acs splitter on it
Step 9 confused me when it mentioned undoing some part of step 7 lol.. Anyhow how much diff is the install for the 2014 version? Same hole locations? If I ever need to replace fog bulb, have to remove splitter?
No, this one is for the 10-13 SS. You'll need this one acscomposite.com/collections/camaro-2014-2015-ls-lt-rs-v6/products/acs-t5-splitter-for-2014-camaro-ls-lt-rs-only-v6

did yours come with all the bolts?.. based on the number holes I'm not sure there are enough? I emailed the manufacer for more bolts.

Glad to hear. The instructions included with the splitter are our latest recommended install sequence.

@jalen howard yes, same procedure for the V6 splitter
So how many times are you supposed to drill into the fascia?
Is this the same installation process on a 2015 CAMARO LS?
You have to drill into the fascia?
yes, but only on the lower surface, it is not visible.
Thanks! good job brutha! the louvers look good too.
would it be the same for the z/28 splitter or a bit different?
It comes in natural black plastic (unpainted) right?
Great video, looks great thank you
I have the duraflex GTX part#112207. Looks similar to this. Do you think install would be similar.
We are not familiar with it.
Good vid. Do you guys have one for a 2014 SS yet?

How long did the full install take?
Is that one satin black or the grey finishing?
+Cody Carpenter A satin splitter was installed on the Camaro.
+ACSComposite thank you I just ordered mine and can't wait to install it! Great video
