Wow!! This is really powerfull feature with Cesium and Unreal Engine
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've just started using Reality Capture for making heighmaps and terrainmodels with droneimages and this goes in depth with all the new features i want to use. Really awesome! I got one question since I'm new to this part of the software. When you change the position accuracy, where do the new values come from? Is this based on the accuracy in the equiment used to get the new coordinates or where does these numbers come from?
Hello Poul-Henrik,
if you wonder where new position accuracy values come from, they come from the default settings. This settings can be found in Alignment settings / Camera prior settings. This is if you mean position accuracy of cameras/images.
When changing position accuracy and running alignment with Absolute pose set to Position or Position and Orientation, then the new coordinates are calculated with the regard to the position accuracy that is set in RC.
You can import the accuracy from the equipment if it is known by importing Flight Log. You can find more about flight logs in the app help. Flight log always consists of an image name and coordinates. It can also have information about the orientation (yaw, pitch, roll) and the accuracy of coordinates and orientation.
The classification is good, but why it takes so long to process the manual selection override? (Can you not create a temp location of my changes and then process the changes)
Hello, for the Phantom 4 RTK images captured with RTK turned off in a PPK workflow, should the camera position accuracy remain at 10,10, and 20? Thanks very much!
Hi, if you didn't manually set the precision or if it wasn't in flight log then it remains on that values. But you can set it to a achieved PPK precision
Dnes už je svým způsobem, modelovat zbytečné..
