I like both versions a lot, but I definitely think that this version is unique in that it definitely conveys the jazz influence in Casiopea better than the Mint Jams version with Akira Jimbo. Plus, you get to see how competent and versatile Tetsuo is on bass; everyone who's heard Domino Line knows he can lay down some sick slap, but in particular this version of this tune, and in my opinion Time Limit as well, showcase his capability plucking as well. MowLawner You are very correct. Yup, I just realized recently since this version (and Time Limit too) is very influenced from jazz, I like these better. This particular one has very dense swing feel.

Criminnally underrated band
I thought they are the mainstream/commercial fusion/cross over band. However, in this movie they are surely splendid underground Funk/Disco band.
To western audiences yes, in japan they were huge.
In what community are they underrated? Because to fusion jazz they are a flagship.
They are legendary in fusion genre, it might be not widely famous in the west, but definitely not underrated.
underrated by whom? in my circle it is the goat
