The rules 4 speedrunning playtest 2 any%:
recordings MUST start on the options screen
all modifiers must be off
skips CANNOT be used at all, resets can be used though.
timing starts when the player first loads into 0-1
timing ends when the player transitions to the ending cutscene (after 4-5)
time is measured using the in game timer.
