If you're only going to start with 3 I would definitely recommend Demon Slayer, My Hero Acadamia, or Full Metal Alchemist : Brotherhood as the 3rd show. All 3 of those are exceptional in my opinion.
I hope you choose My hero academia. It's actually a good anime to watch before diving into animes like demon slayer. It's a perfect match too while watching attack on titan and One piece
Berserk is good but definetly not family friendly, theres a lot of nudity, blood and a lot of mature scenes, you can see it like a Game of Thrones anime :P
I recommend the anime MONSTER, it's old but it's incredible. It's not about monsters, it's about a person created to be the perfect killer and greatest leader, a perfect monster. The story is slow at first, but then you can't stop watching
This anime is cliche with some cool twists. I was hooked from season 1 - season 3, but it fell off for me around the end of season 3 or beginning of season 4. Not sure how it's doing now...I think it's on season 6? If you guys give this anime a go, I'll definitely follow along and give it another go. Look into Vinland Saga if you guys are into a more adult-themed anime about Vikings.
I highly recommend Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Firs time I watched it, it gave me a bit of HxH vibes in how different it is from other manga, in a good way! It's my next favorite one, after One Piece.
I’ve recommended the live action Avatar the Last Airbender before BUT it definitely isnt what it was promised to be, so NOW I fully recommend the ANIMATED show.. F the live action, if u enjoy wholesome shows but with a dark history, give it a shot! cheers!

This show is a lot of fun, although it has some issues with some characters being too sexualized and some actions towards women being normalized, so keep that in mind.
