      This pandan leaves business are used by Chinese people in Malaysia and Singapore.
      Cantonese people add ginger - and this is a tradition and it is also very healthy.
      Chinese people in Indochina add coconut milk.

      湯圓可放冷凍,要吃的時候不用退冰,拿下來敲一敲,湯圓就會分開,水開下鍋煮就行,糖水前一天可先煮起。

    I tried your recipe. It was excellent but the next day the balls were hard when i took them out of the fridge. Can I freeze the rice balls without boiling and then boil them when I want to serve them?

      Cathy L. you could make them and leave them in the fridge, but not in the freezer section. It's fine to cook it only when you want to eat, my mom done it this way. but it's not advise to store too long. hope this helps :)

    如果用麵包機搓麵團, 大約搓幾多分鐘呢?

      你好👋由於糯米粉不多,最好用手來搓,半杯滾水約120毫升左右,而冷水約220亳升,首先用滾水沖入粉中,拌勻後才加冷水,而落冷水不要全部一次過加入,這個是無筋性的粉,所以不用擔心搓的時間,祇要搓成糰便可以了!謝謝支持👍😊❤️

      你好,做好的汤圆可以放入密實袋保全,祇要將它獨立分開在袋,待雪硬後便可合併-齊就不會黏在一起.

    请问如果我不打算煮好汤过后再把汤圆倒进去跟汤一起煮滚的话 煮汤圆的时候煮滚之后加冷水的次数需要增加吗

      你好👋如果想直接煑熟湯圓,當第一次滾起,下一次冷水,繼續煑,至湯园發大,便可以加入糖了,這樣煑法,湯會較杰身,如果喜歡吃也是可以的,因囗味各有不同,謝謝支持😊👍💕

      你好👋其實搓粉糰加水,是要續小加入,令到粉末成糰便可,給大家的水量,是個大概的水量,況且各種牌子的粉,受水程度唔同,所以當參考便可以了,謝謝支持👍😊❤️
