Pretty sure that he is either reading the question wrong or the description in the question was written out wrong. It should be, the distance from the inside of your elbow to your wrist equals the size of your foot.

Just imagine... Bill Gates failed to jump chair then. He tripped, broke his neck, and humanity was set back 50 years and we all still watching CRT televisions and using our giant cigarette carton size Texas Instruments calculators.

It would be interesting to imagine the world without Microsoft. They're no saints, but they enabled so much business to happen. Maybe we'd finally all be using Linux in a utopia

@@thefrub If I recall correctly, Linux would not exist if not for Windows. So bye-bye Linux as well.

I’ve just done some quick research on the history on television, Microsoft and Bill Gates were no where near to be seen.

The big leap of the 90s happened because of the hardware(Pentium processors and 3D accelerated graphics cards) and the internet which created a new large market, the only thing Microsoft did better than the others was marketing, Windows 95 was a technical failure and a marketing success and if we didn't had Windows 95 most likely we would have advanced quicker, not slower, Microsoft wasted 5 years on a useless attempt to try and work out Windows 9.x bugs only to ditch it in 2000, at the same time in the early 90s, OS/2 and NeXTSTEP had a lot more potential than the buggy Windows 95 ever had and todays operating systems are built on the basis of these 2 operating systems, Windows is based on Windows NT which is based on OS/2 3.0 and Apple's OSX is based on NeXTSTEP.
