- The journey from the south to the east of Iceland. We are going on a ski touring trip in eastern Iceland and figured we would make the most of it by road tripping the coastline up there. Looking for waves and hot springs. Best hunt there is. Iceland is so epic, just driving around is the best thing ever.

Came for the skiing and while there wasn't any of that, that was still a pretty great vid. Really makes me want to get back to iceland! The camper van isn't really a strategy that I'd thought about.
happy you like it anyways! First video without skiing, maybe should have written that hahah. sorry! camper van is such a great way to do it, then you really have no limitations and can go anywhere whenever. I love it!

Looks absolutely awesome out there! I fly out next week for a 10-day trip through Iceland. Would you recommend getting a campervan or just a regular rental and stay at hotels? Cheers
soooo epic! nice! I personally love a camper - just for the flexibility. You can camp pretty much anywhere you want in iceland. However it can be really bad weather so then it is nicer with a hotel for sure, to dry stuff etc. there are so many cool spots to stay all over. So depends what you prefer comfort wise and what you are looking to do on the trip. Regardless you wont have a bad time. I've done both van and hotel, and both trips have been epic. Have the best time!
@@KajsaMalou Sweet! Thanks heaps for that. Haven’t planned anything yet. All I know is that I’ll be there for 10 days and I’m pretty flexible. The “bad” weather won’t bother me either 🙂
