That’s all you say “especially young men”. What has his honesty and vulnerability brought to him? Destruction, good men are always destroyed by women, 4 women in his life , non of them is supportive of him, all they care is child support. You don’t see that, all you see and say is young men should take note of his honesty and vulnerability so that we should be destroyed by women like you. Who are you to tell us young men what to do? How many men have already destroyed? How many are you still planning to destroy? shame on you. Keep your advice to yourself woman.
It's a good thing to open up and be vulnerable as a male in this day and age, just to the right people in the right setting. Open up to anybody and they will tear you to shreds, especially women. If you open up to the wrong person you will be destroyed.
My sister sent me this yesterday. I can't even get 2 minutes into it before wanting to cry because it takes me to where I don't want to be. I lost my brother in 99' and I am just now trying to deal with the grieving processes. It's hard!
I took a job that I thought was a step up for me and within three months I went from having clear skin to a face full of acne and scarring because of the stress. My body knew what I was going through before anybody else did and I didn’t know how to process it. Your body knows what’s going on before you have a chance to identify
I agree! The same thing happened to me in 2019 when I went back to college for the second time. Never had acne until then. I suffered from stress acne from 2019 to 2022 and I had got grey hair. I have been acne free for 2 years now since I’ve finished college.
I’m in awe at the strength shown here to be so authentic, raw and real. The music he makes now will be better than ever before because there will be a depth in it with a tone of wisdom that people will feel. Thank you for leading how powerful masculine vulnerability can be.
I experienced the same thing after my younger sister passed. Then Katrina hit and it continued to unravel for years after. I moved away and buried myself in work. Only hanging out with friends at work engagements. I’m slowly coming out of it however I feel comfortable in that place that I still suffer with being around others I love. ❤️ Busta is one of my favorite lyricist. I appreciate him sharing his story. Bless!!!
Loss hit some people in ways others can't even understand or comprehend. Bustas circle of love his pride, creative energy and determination lifted him out of that dark moment in time. Respect..
God damn, I love Busta and all that he's done. I've been down since his LONS days. I love seeing how raw and vulnerable he is here. I can totally relate to some of this. Love!
Busta is my favorite emcee. PURE Hip Hop artist. Great to see the OGs mature and write about real life matters. Still a young man’s genre, but it MUST evolve if the art is to survive. The Dragon🏆
Bus is a wunderful person, He told about the loss of Chris 3 years ago at Revolt, people already suspected at the time what the reason for this tragedy was. It takes a lot of courage for him to talk about his past in such depth.
OMG!!! Everyone goes thru dark times but the use of depressants like alcohol or weed puts you deeper in a hole 😮...and increase health risk and problems... I'm happy I recovered from my dark hole after 3 yrs and did not use any substances.😢 I enjoyed interview learning and seeing reality thru Busta... Dont Give Up ❤
I so appreciate and understand this Conversation. I too lost my way and the roads I needed to take inorder to move forward. It took time too find the correct paths back to a quality of Reality !
support system is very important for many because they have talent, but are not able to multi task the various things that drives their skills totally get where he is coming from.
I love Busta all day everyday this is so real and what’s crazy is I feel what he was feeling watching him those last few years watching him seeing how he was blowing up swollen and I was concerned about it because he is defiantly one of my favorite people then after all that buss came through all that looking good sounding good this is so good that buss came through I’m so proud of you and your honesty I understand this power that’s giving when you know you gotta let the younger you take care of the older you you know what I’m saying people we love need us to be around my son is my reason also so I understand, this was good thanks for listening
I loved hearing his story & lessons ❤ And his new album is super fun btw (listened after the interview). It even sounds like the guests are truly making an effort to live up to the pressure of being next to such an “oh sh!t, you hear that???” type rapper.
I love you Busta ♥️ , you are the realist and you tell it like it is . Just pray that your ancestors keep you sane and healthy for a very very long time , wish you were my Brother from my Mother 🫡🫡🙌🏾
Busta never stopped making music for 9 years. He didn’t release an official album. I remember he was supposed to drop around 09’ and he just scratched the project.
you did sacriface your time for good things u gave us power for save our family n childrens from bad thinks now we create new world divine order i hope u will see that till last one blood drop
I really love Busta, I did not like this album. I believe it would’ve been better if Swizz, Timbo and Pharrell actually produced the album. That’s what I was hoping for.

Losing someone close changes everything in a person's life. Getting passed the pain is a real struggle for many people.
I don't think we ever truly get past it.
We simply learn to live with it.
We'll see them again 1 day.... just not yet.
Yup lost four family members over the last decade only two siblings left me and Sister out of 6.
And Dad passed it gets easy but you never forget.

🙏🏾💛
My deepest sympathy
One thing among many I respect more about Busta is the fact no matter how big and legendary he is, he’s humble and wise.
I took a job that I thought was a step up for me and within three months I went from having clear skin to a face full of acne and scarring because of the stress. Feels like the legendary Busta was just rapping, spitting emotional bars all through the interview...Much love Busta
Busta Rhymes has been one of my favourites from the mid 90s til now. Always full of life-one of the OGs

This convo hit home. I went thru almost the exact same thing and Busta describes this in such an honest way
When my dad past i went crazy for 3 years. Losing somso who is your lighthouse can destroy you if you let it. Men need their elders like it or not.
I appreciate his willingness to show his vulnerability
Man…powerful interview…makes me wanna cry at certain points
Busta Rhymes is a living legend one of the best creatives of our time.
