Everyone goes thru dark times but the use of depressants like alcohol or weed puts you deeper in a hole 😮...and increase health risk and problems...
I'm happy I recovered from my dark hole after 3 yrs and did not use any substances.😢

I experienced the same thing after my younger sister passed. Then Katrina hit and it continued to unravel for years after. I moved away and buried myself in work. Only hanging out with friends at work engagements. I’m slowly coming out of it however I feel comfortable in that place that I still suffer with being around others I love. ❤️ Busta is one of my favorite lyricist. I appreciate him sharing his story.
