Quick Tech ™©® : Pressure Relief with La Marzocco’s Linea PB

We got a high pressure Quick Tech ™©® for you this week! Follow along with Frankie as they seamlessly show us how to replace a pressure relief valve. Don’t forget to turn the machine off and dump the steam pressure before you start this one!
Tools:
Phillips Screwdriver
22mm Deep Socket w/ ratchet
Steps
Turn off machine
Dump steam pressure and let cool
Remove cup tray & spill guard
Remove drain cup cap
Remove Pressure relief valve and copper washer
Install new Pressure relief valve and washer
Reinstall drain cup cap
Reinstall spill guard, cup tray, and control panel cover
Turn on machine

What is this for? My pressure goes up to 15 bar when i start turning on the machine & goes down afterward to 9 bars. If i do not want it to go up 15 bar. Is this pressure relief valve matter
