still awaiting a rely. Would like to know this too as mine seemed to leak water upon start up which from what I could tell dribbled down onto the wires causing a short and power cut off. Now I'm not sure if it needs replacing or if in fact the plumbers tea has dried and failed.

So the term anti-vacuum valve would imply when your boiler cools there is a vacuum created and the pin is pulled down to let air in. Then when the boiler pressurizes the pin is pushed into the close the valve. Unless this valve does something different then other anti-vacuum valves on the market.

it does exactly what you said, the explanation in the video about the anti vacuum valve was completely wrong

Mine went off but the overpressure valve resets itself as well, an interesting video to do would be to how to descale a dual boiler machine that's what I was trying to do when I have problems..

Sorry but that’s the pressure relief valve. The OPV relieves excess water pressure in the thermo-siphon to the group head(s), not the excess air pressure in the steam boiler. Yes, sure, both are over pressure valves, but the difference matters when correctly diagnosing/ordering the correct part.

Ok, so what if the vacuum valve as it’s called in this video continuously spirts/hisses steam? Is this normal or need replacing? Also, I was told by La Marzocco to leave your machine on not to turn it off every night, thoughts?

Just question . Why is the pressure valve open ?
Is the pressure valve has to be replaced or the is something else need to be replaced because it coast over heat?

How would you diagnose a failing or faulty pressure switch.I persume a difference between the gauge and the digital pressure display.

Where can i learn more about espresso machine? if machine turn on & the pressure gauge goes up to 15bars before it slowly come down 9 bars. How can i set it not goes to 15 bars. Just want max up to 12 bars? Is it this overpressure valve adjustment?

only 50% of what this guy says is correct he needs to go back to school and study some physics about atmospheric pressure.

Oh my… usually you are doing really good videos, but not this one. You should erase it completely.
