@@jimgill5727 There is a 10ft wiring harness that comes with the stereo (which I assume you have) and the block connector that ends up in the trunk gets connected to the wiring harness that is current plugged into the amp. In other words disconnect EVERYTHING that connects to the existing amp in the truck and you will be left with a connector block that will match the new connector block you just ran to the trunk. Hope that makes sense!
I've only done the center console and the glove box so far on an XJ. If it's like the XK (which I have down into) it will probably be pretty easy. You just have to figure out what comes apart first.
Hello and thanks for the videos. I just have a simple question - the special tool you have for the centre console’s upper plastic part: where did you get it? I don’t want to scratch the parts …
Have you had any problems with people hearing you when you are using the phone? It’s not clear if the unit is using the microphone provided or the one that is in the car already ?
Glad I’m not the only one who was so confused about the connector in the trunk to bypass the amp!
Makes sense after you see it done it I was lost.
Your videos are great and very helpful. But I've looked at every connector in the trunk and can't find a match. Where does it go?

Hi, great video, where can I find episodes 3 and 5 as these seem to be missing?
Thanks!

So where can I find all the adapters and stereo for my jag ? I have a 2006 Jaguar xj8. Would love it havecthuscir
Is there an episode 3?? Can’t see it on your list and seems like an important one. Thanks!!
Can you please explain the wiring at the back of the new unit? Also why did you go to the trunk to wire the amp?
Why does the back seat have to come out?
Is your amp powered by fiber optic cable?
Link to the equipment used? Or just the radio unit
Is it hard to remove dashboard. I'm trying to remove evaporator and expansion valve in my xj8

You mentioned the instructions. Did this come with written instructions? If not, what were you referring too and where can I get them? Thanks
How much did it cost and what gb version was it?
Hello, where did you buy the radio?
I bought mine when they first came out and Alibaba or AliExpress was the only source.
