Not so sure what the 4th legacy is exactly, but there seems to be a notion in power/progressive metal not just in Kamelot but Blind Guardian and also in Epica to refer back to philosophy.
I think I read somewhere that it refers to the search of the Holy Grail. A lot of early Kamelot work was heavily inspired by tales and legends of King Arthur and the like.
