Your fps looks off to me. My 4070super over 60 at all time. Also your gou barley drawing 160watts??
i was confused about the power draw as well but it seems consistent, i don't know what else would be bottlenecking my system
@@scellyyt try to switch off nvidia latency boost. For me in horizon forbidden west made lots of difference
