That man deserved to be in the Hall of Fame a long time ago
Truly the greatest example of what an owner should be. Not only does he take care of the staff and players that he used to be over, but also their families. This man is a class act who has been attentive, kind, caring, loving and generous to his overall family. He made his mistakes, but his caring ways are something that should be emulated by other NFL employees, including owners and players alike.
An Understatement
The greatest owner to ever own an NFL franchise, he and Bill Walsh built a dynasty, and ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME he was inducted into the HOF...NOW INDUCT ROGER CRAIG GODDAMNIT!!!

Their are good people and their are classy people that did it right and didn't have to rob someone to do it,, Eddie Jr. ,,, you the man. How in the world you and your staff saw the future with all that amazing talent and good people is amazing.
Those were really days when Jim Brown played for the Browns and Youngstown was a booming steel city. All things must change and I watched this small town of Youngstown Ohio go from a steel producing area and through rough times and back again to a great place to live . If we could only have better weather here like Columbus who knows what this area might be one day.

This guy was a wonderful owner. His involvement with the Edwin Edwards scandal was merely a mistake. It shouldn't define his entire career. If Jack Kent Cooke and Marge Schott got to keep their teams, then DeBartolo should too!
He was suspended for a year, and he willingly chose to turn the team over to his sister, who still owns the team to this day. He became successful with the family business.
I remember when I was a kid and I bought the 1995 49ers Yearbook. The thing I noticed about that yearbook was that every member of the 49ers seemed like they were valued as a team member. The yearbook not only had pictures of the star football players like Jerry Rice and Steve Young but it also had pictures of the guy who was the groundskeeper. That made a positive impression on me as a kid and I can see why everyone speaks to so highly of Eddie Jr. As a kid growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I really admired him. People will remember you by how you treated others not by your accomplishments when it is all said and done.

He isn't really a bad President my friend. Life is a strange beast, it isn't simply black and white and sometimes a specific common sense based on facts and good will will allow you to pardon. You got a good President, imagine that once you may fight the governments unfair tax system but you get prosecuted for it. The system couldn't care less that you are a good person deep in you heart just trying to make a living for yourself and your family. So I hope when such a thing would happen to you there will be a "bad person" that will see the good in you and pardon you as well.
