You must have a wonderful eye for settings and color. A great camera helps too. I love bison and seeing the minor differences in the European line. I’m near Yellowstone Montana and see our big boys a lot. It seems yours are redder than ours. Wonderfully produced!
It's very nice to see the bison coming back to Europe. They even used to be in Finland! Now as far as I know they are only found in Poland, Belarus and Romania, but I hope they will one day be widespread all over Europe again.
There's over a Hundred of them in Sweden, who knows maybe they'll reach Finland someday (There are small populations all over Europe From Russia up to Spain).
@@dr.med.detlefkohler6488 I think they are, at least to some extend. In this video they cross a street, so they don't seem to be fenced (watch?v=sQrJ6z_mE04).
As far as I can remember the Caucasian bison survived in the wild up to 1927. Some captive animals until more recent times but those that were released were shot by poachers. The area is too politically unstable & poor.
even the horn set is very different, and the calves in N. America look much more primitive, but the Euro. adults look much more like the ancient cave paintings at Lesque, France and other caves.
@@sanarroyos5501 They're theoretically a hybrid between the late ice age mammal, the Steppe bison, who's the ancestor of both extant bison species, and the Aurochs, the also theorized ancestor of modern day eurasian cattle. There have been few, if any cross breeds throughout history, thus why the animal itself is very inbred, and prone to diseases.
By the same stupid reasoning of those that insist that the North American animal be called Bison and not Buffalo, the Europeans should stop calling theirs Bison, because there’s already a Bison in North America ....
How nice to get a beautiful, natural wildlife film not spoiled by overbearing and unnecessary added music.

Wonderful shots and lovely nature sounds as well! Thank you Dmitry!

Some euro-bisons were sent to Russia and Southern Europe too.
They can also be found in 4 or 5 locations in The Netherlands. This country is very wildlife conscious.

We have a few in Germany, but they are not allowed to live free in my eyes!

splendide!
This one is fantastic too. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful animals!
Amazing Animals! I like the picture on 6:30 when the bisons fill the entire image. Greetings Manfred
I like it at 7:07 where they all enter the forest and shake the trees.
Обалденные съемки! Кадр с лисой - чудо!

It was such a fluke of fate that the Wisent did not become extinct. Hopefully one day the Caucasian Wisent can be resurrected.

@@chrishoo2 practically all bisons are admixed with the Caucasian bison.

The word bison came from the Latin word bison. Can you believe that?
No Bison, - this Zubr !
Belarusia, Belovezhskaya Pushcha.
Ye. Belarus, but not Belovezhskaya puscha.

Basicaly just cows as they have earmarks like every other common lifestock.
They look cow-like compared to American bison.
It was'nt even bisons.. that was Bunch of Banteng cattles
Mate those are bison. Don't you know about european bison?
You must be somewhat blind to confuse asian bateng cattle with the European Bison.
@@filipemoreira9898 I pretty sure even if they are Bisons they are not pure blood bisons.. probably just 40% bisons 60% Taurine Cattles blood
@@sanarroyos5501 These are 100% bison. What makes you think they are part cattle?

A glorified cow

But Bison is literally the genus name for both species
Its not only the common name
Besides the European bison are also referred to as Wisent
